Excalibur moved. It's supposed to be on SourceForge, but that's having issues ("SourceForge project websites are currently experiencing abnormally high levels of traffic. Our support staff has been notified. Please check back in a few minutes. We thank you for your patience."). I found a recent mirror of that site on the Internet Archive.

Should I simply update both the section 11.2 and References section by creating the appropriate entry and removing the EXCAL one?
