OpenVPN Support

I am trying a setup to obfuscate OpenVPN TCP traffic with Shadowsocks as the Network i am in completely blocks udp.

can i use this config to connect multiple openvpn clients over shadowsocks to my openvpn server? i don't care if its one password for multiple users. but can one password handle multiple connections?

I have not tried it yet. I wanted to seek support to see if this setup would even work
