Access Denied for answer list for the test dataset for vqa dataset

The url used to download the answers_list.json which is https://storage.googleapis.com/sfr-vision-language-research/datasets/answer_list.json returns Access Denied. The other files like the vqa_train, vqa_val, vg_qa and the vqa_test are downloaded. Is there any other website for me to download the answers_list?
