Description of the issue

I labeled the a PR as "Scripted-Application" and saw the bot add a comment to the PR as per the label trigger. Some time later (maybe an hour or so), the comment was gone from the PR. It appears as if the bot deleted its own comment or it was deleted in some other way

Steps to reproduce

Don't have any. I believe both @Trenly & @denelon noticed it, but not sure what's causing it or how to repro
