Package Request: msodbcsql & mssql-tools

I am moving from Mariner 2.0 to Azure Linux 3.0 and I see that these two packages are unavilable in the 3.0.

On 2.0 the msodbcsql and mssql-tools are available in in the extras repo: https://packages.microsoft.com/cbl-mariner/2.0/prod/extras/x86_64/Packages/m/

But I am not sure where to find these packages in the 3.0 version. What is the guidance to the users who want those two packages on 3.0?

A package in a repository that allows me to tdnf install msodbcsql mssql-tools on Azure Linux 3.0.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I am not sure if there are alternatives to installing these tools without needing a root access on the Azure Linux 3.0.
