Anchor-cross-links ?

Describe your feature request
It would be extremely useful/powerful to be able to point a link to a specific section of a different note. In effect, one could perhaps type [[Materials and Methods]](myOtherNote#Materials-and-Methods) and get a link pointing to #Materials-and-Methods within note myOtherNote. Not sure this is the best syntax, obviously.

Additional context
For anyone using directories of markdown files as a way to organise documentation, this would be a killer feature.
