Description

If one opens an empty directory, gitlens requests that you open a repository or initialize one (as it should). But if you then clone a repo into said empty directory, gitlens does not recognize this nor does it seem to have a way to easily refresh its search. Reloading the VSCode window fixes this. I recommend adding refresh button to streamline this.
