[feature request]: Auto notifications

Hey,

setting up automations to notify if batteries go low solves this issue but I think even better option would be have already integrated without needing do much.

Suggested workflow:

1. During integration install there is toggle 'Notify if battery goes low'. This settings can be kept in integrations settings to be edited for later.
2. Each device gets an extra toggle 'Notify on low' or 'Battery notifications' or something similar sounding to control battery notifications for that device. If during the setup user chose to be notified it would be set to enabled state on creation. Individual control is important because some device get disabled or put in storage.
3. Notifications would use HA's native 'Persistent notifications' system so would show in the sidebar.
   If people want to get fancy with push notifications and or assigning specific notification target devices then they can disable fall back on automations.

Bonus: 'Congratulations' notification on replacing the battery before it ran out.

Hi, I've provided blueprints to save having to create automations from scratch here.
They also allow exclusion of devices in storage.

I'd rather not have a default notification as people like to handle these things differently and this gives more options. I have mine go onto a specific maintenance list rather than a notification for example.
